This month we are joined by guest host Lynsey Parkins aka The Fitness Monkey. Lynsey is a fitness coach, helping new mums take back control of their post natal bodies. Using corrective exercise and strength training to ease aches/pain, gain strength and ignite confidence with their new bodies.

As a working mum with a disability, Dina aims to make nutrition accessible for busy parents with limited time and energy. Dina provides achievable plans for each unique situation, using healthy shortcuts and practical solutions to help simplify family mealtimes.
Esther runs the Hackney Nappy Network, with the aim is to help parents and carers to see how simple it is to get started using reusable nappies, and how it can save money and waste. The Hackney Nappy Network run regular free events and demos around Hackney to help parents make a more informed nappy choice and to publicise the free £70 nappy voucher scheme.
