Barbeline London is a new approach to fashion with creativity and a sustainable mindset. Founded in 2014 by Barbiline Lusandu, an alumni at University of the Arts London Pattern Design, in her studio in East London. Barbeline started her newly found design career in 2015, producing quirky patterned childrens wear.
With their main source of inspiration being more eco-friendly, they advocate for slow fashion manufacturing in respect to people, environment, and animals. Creating more sustainable fashion, as well as wallpapers, textiles and home decorations, they are proud to say that their progress includes amongst many the use of 100% sustainably sourced recycled textiles, and recycle their old product lines, specifically clothing and cotton shirts.
Barbeline London want to reduce the environmental footprint in the fashion world and are working to do their part by engaging only in circular and sustainable slow fashion practices. They co-operate with experts within the recycling field and rely on their customers to recycle with them. By sending items back your used clothes then would be recycled, in return they give the customer 15% off store credit.
